Thursday: 

• 8-9 AM - Optional Qi Gong class on the pier at 9838 Lake Street, Kings Beach by donation to Jan Sensei
• 4-5PM Partner Jo Practice with Kahlil & Sally (Kings Beach State Recreation Area, Racoon Street, Kings Beach - park on Brockway Vista Ave or pay the $10 in State Park lot)
• 5-6 PM: Bokken training (see above)
• 6:30-8 PM Potluck Dinner at 9838 Lake Street, Kings Beach. Bring food & drinks to share

Friday: 

• 8-9 AM - Optional Qi Gong class (location TBD) by donation to Jan Sensei
• 9:30 AM - Optional group hike 
• 12-2 PM: Dojo building - Incline Village Rec Center - lunch provided for those who can help
• 5-7PM: Aikido Class Incline Village Rec Center

Saturday:

• 8AM-9 AM - Qi Gong class by donation to Jan Sensei Kings Beach State Recreation Area, Racoon Street, Kings Beach - park on Brockway Vista Ave or pay the $10 in State Park lot)
• 10:30 AM-12:30 PM: Aikido Classes at Incline Village Rec Center
• 12:45-1:30PM - Demonstration / Grading - Please stay to watch if you wish
• 3-5 PM: Aikido Classes at Incline Village Rec Center
• Dinner 6pm at 9838 Lake St, Kings Beach (reservation required by Sept 7)

Sunday: 

• 8AM-9 AM -  Qi Gong class by donation to Jan Sensei Kings Beach State Recreation Area, Racoon Street, Kings Beach - park on Brockway Vista Ave or pay the $10 in State Park lot)
• 10:30-1 PM Aikido Classes at Incline Village Rec Center

Incline Village Recreation Center is located at  980 Incline Way, Incline Village, NV 89451.

For a small fee you are welcome to use their indoor lap pool on our training days there.

Schedule is subject to change 

The seminar schedule is designed to allow for rich training and connection to Jan Sensei, as well as time to enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe, good food and good company. We have access to a private pier close to Speedboat Beach for hanging out, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking etc. any time from Thursday thru Monday morning.

• Arrive early on Thursday to enjoy bonus lake time or a hike.
• Thursday evening after class we will gather for a lakefront pot luck dinner with Sensei
• Friday morning - join us for a walk/hike before setting up the mats ay the Incline Rec Center at noon
• Saturday evening - another Lakefront dining opportunity
• Sunday after class - stay awhile for more bonus lake time

Private pier + dinners located at 9838 Lake Street, Kings Beach  

Various lodging options are available in Kings Beach and Incline Village. We recommend you secure lodging asap as Tahoe is a popular destination. 

Our usual offering of shared room / bunk style lodging is unfortunately not available this year. Some folks have already booked motel/hotel rooms and joined others to rent houses in Kings Beach to be close to Speedboat Beach where we are hosting Sensei and the private pier we have reserved for seminar participants & families to use.

• Pot luck on Thursday evening
• Catered Dinner on Saturday night. Friends and family welcome ($55 per person. Includes dinner, desert and drinks). Reservation required by 9/7/24.
• Pot luck on Sunday evening for anyone staying an extra night
